Getting Together For Fitness & Education

Our Group Training classes bring together some of the most supportive people you'll meet in Papillion. We offer 30 and 45 minute classes that combine intense workouts and proper education in technique to ensure that not one minute is wasted. You'll lose weight, tone muscle, increase your stamina and metabolism, and have a great time with every session!

We offer 4 different Group Training classes to make sure that there's something for everyone. Focus on your central muscles, get total body workouts, strengthen your muscles, or enjoy a mind and body experience. Our team has over 30 years of combined experience to work with and we want to give that all back to you!

Core Synergy

Train your core in the way it was meant to function. Exercises for stability, strength, and power help tighten and strengthen your midsection along with providing power to maximize your efficiency when performing daily living activities such as walking, pushing, and lifting.

Fit Camp Express

Total body workouts that are never the same and include interval training, endurance, and fun and creative challenges that are never boring! We have both Indoor & Outdoor Training options available.

Reps, Rest, Repeat

Focus on the basic exercises and techniques of strength training by lifting proper weight loads and resting between sets. Build muscle and tone your body with carefully thought out repetitions. Learn how to increase your strength and not plateau.

Yoga Flow

We offer all of our Group Training in our Papillion Studio and are happy to welcome new members to every class! You can come to a different class each week or even sign up for just one.
