No matter your age, goal or current fitness status, Fit In The City will structure a personal program for you. Your individual 45 minute session is structured and delivered with our guidance for a healthier you.
We ask that you believe in making positive changes and trust the process of trying new movements to realign your body.
- Each client receives the proper levels and modifications for all muscular and joint conditions of their body.
- You may schedule your sessions 1x-2x-3x per week depending on your needs and goals. Monday-Friday (In person or Zoom)
- Individual session or package of 12 sessions.
- New Client Special-3 Personal Training Session for $125. Valid for all our locations: Papillion, Bellevue Lied Center, Kiewit Corporation & Zoom

As a busy Mom of 2 young children she has learned that her lifestyle choices help both her and her family. Her working schedule allows her to train over the lunch hour and we are flexible enough in our schedule to adjust her time as she needs it.
