About Core
Core & More
When you think of training your core you may only consider the look vs the function of the muscles/joints of the spine, hips, gluts and abdominal areas. Having proper function to bend, extend, flex, push, pull and rotate provides are bodies with what it needs to function better as it moves and ages.
We bring our expertise to our studio by providing you with safe, effective and challenging movements that will support your changing needs. You will experience Pilkates from classic mat exercises based on progressions. Spine stabilization, core endurance and core power are also included.
Welcome our newest piece of core equipment for personal training and small group sessions: TRX S Suspension Frame. Build to support the TRX Suspension Trainers in all working angles this steel built frame provides us with endless exercises. Adjustable to all levels of fitness.

About-Strength, Cardio, Core & Yoga
Fusion Fitness Studio
The best of both worlds brings our Fusion Fitness Program to both our studio and virtual clients. Developed with a concept of teaching our clients on how to workout smarter and not harder allowed us to create a results based system of strength training, fat burning cardio, core training and yoga training all in format. This program is low impact on the body but burns calories and trains and recovers all major muscle groups in the body. Each week students have the opportunity to complete five workouts. New enrollments in program receive user friendly equipment: (Fitness bag, resistance tubing, yog mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, fusion ball & stability ball)
