About Barre & Pilates
Barre & Pilates Program
When you think of training your core, hips, thighs & glutes you may only consider the look vs the function of the muscles/joints of the body, spine, hips, gluts and abdominal areas. Having proper function to bend, extend, flex, push, pull and rotate provides are bodies with what it needs to function better as it moves and ages.
We bring our expertise to our studio by providing you with safe, effective and challenging movements that will support your changing needs. You will experience Pilates from classic mat exercises based on progressions. Spine stabilization, core endurance and core power are also included. Our New Barre Program delivers total body movement and includes classical movement along with fun and inventive combos. Our clients our driven, accountable and motivated to progress their skills each and every session.
Welcome our newest piece of barre equipment-Individual adjustable ballet barres. Support your body & posture with each and every movement.

About Yoga
Yoga Program
Welcome to our comprehensive yoga program designed to enhance functionality and flexibility through a diverse range of poses, core exercises and relaxing moments in meditation. Taught by certified, encouraging leaders, our relaxed environment invites participants of all fitness levels.
Enjoy our Yoga variety as we focus on standing and floor combos that focus on postures that flow.
We provide mats, straps, cushions, new- yin rings and blocks: ensuring a seamless and enjoyable fitness experience. Join us to explore the endless possibilities for your mind/body journey!
